President Joe Biden quoted the late Queen Elizabeth II in a speech Sunday remembering the victims of the Sept. 11 terrorist assaults.

“Grief is the value we pay for love,” Biden mentioned, referring to a message despatched by the monarch, who died last week, after the assaults that killed virtually 3,000 individuals.
