Bush and George H. Bush are either all gay or bisexual. Morrow also said he believes former President George W.
Washington is abuzz with speculation. The chattering classes can barely control themselves. A gay prostitution ring within the White House?
The White House press room has often been a cockpit of intrigue, duplicity and truckling. But nothing challenges the most recent scandal there. The latest incident began with a sequence of questions for President Bush at his January 26 press conference.
Guckert Primer Compiled By Scoop's Alastair Thompson In the past few days one of the most bizarre stories in US political media ever emerged via the blogosphere, and has since spilled out into the mainstream. While on first blush the story appears a wee bit prurient - thanks to the involvement of prostitution and homosexuality themes - the central thesis of the story does involve some serious issues of journalistic ethics. Jeff Gannon, a reporter from an extremely partisan web based news service operating under a false name, is working in the White House, and is even selected to ask questions of the President himself at his January 26th press conference. James Guckert. The former White House correspondent for the now-defunct conservative Web site talonnews. Many liberal bloggers prophesied about a scandal reaching into the highest levels of the White House, darkly alluding that Gannon had provided sexual services to prominent administration officials.
Imagine the ensuing maelstrom if a gay male prostitute with a slew of solicitous websites among them, militaryescorts. He possessed no previous journalism experience, and had previously been refused a congressional press pass. If that weren't enough to raise eyebrows, Guckert made more than twenty-four visits to the White House when there were no scheduled briefings. On at least fourteen occasions, Secret Service records show that Guckert checked in but was never processed out.
