ReAct is a network created in and headquartered at the University of Uppsala, Sweden. Pioneered by Prof Otto Cars, ReAct is one of the first international independent networks to articulate the complex nature of antibiotic resistance and its drivers. ReAct was initiated with the goal to be a global catalyst, advocating and stimulating for global engagement on antibiotic resistance by collaborating with a broad range of organisations, individuals and stakeholders.

Jump to content. The University of Oregon is celebrating Asian and Pacific American Heritage Month in May through a variety of events and activities put on by student groups. The club holds weekly meetings to discuss topics related to identity, hosts a variety of events and puts on an annual retreat to provide students an opportunity to connect with each other, have fun and think critically. During the month of May, the group is inviting several speakers to come talk on campus.
The aim of the Asian Pacific Islander API Heritage Project is to provide academic and social support to the Asian American and Pacific Islander student body as well as to increase the University and larger community awareness of the different cultures within these populations through numerous outreach initiatives such as club organizations and public events. As most of you are aware, the Lighthouse Club was first established in England in as a non-political organization for the purposes of promoting good fellowship among its members from within the construction industry and providing charitable assistance to distressed persons within that industry and to their dependents where a fatality from accident or illness had occurred. An independent branch of the Lighthouse Club was established in Hong Kong in The Lighthouse Club Asia Pacific Region was established in with the objectives of promoting the establishment of further branches and good fellowship between members and branches of the Lighthouse Club and coordinating the work of charitable assistance to persons connected with the construction industry in the Asia Pacific Region comprising Asia, Australasia, the Pacific Islands, North and South America.
